Fit at 50+ Classes
- There is one fit @50+ class at Drummoyne and also one at West Ryde, however this age group is also welcome in most class times. Please see timetable and enquire to find out more. Stephanie is very experienced in providing exercise specifc to different age groups and gives personal attention to everyone.
