Meditation

Throughout the year Stephanie will be running meditation classes designed to get you started with regular meditation practice.

During these classes Stephanie will present the scientific research that has been conducted on its benefits.

You will learn the basics of meditation and be introduced to a wonderful CD to help take you into a peaceful place with more ease.

Depending on the popularity we may also run ongoing classes to help you practice your skills and learn new ones.
