Term Dates

Fees
- As per the above.
- Mats are provided but, please bring your own towel and/or another mat to put on top of the one provided, as well as water at both Drummoyne and West Ryde.
- Health fund rebates may apply if you have physiotherapy or wellness cover. Please check with your health fund. Stephanie is a registered physiotherapist and provides an itemised receipt at the end of the term (once classes are completed).
Make-up Classes
- Minimum 24 hours is required by phone or email for cancellation of your regular class time
- We will email you the make-up class policy when you enquire
Bookings
- Bookings are essential for the Pilates classes as class numbers are limited and a brief history is taken over the phone or by email prior to participation.
- You will need to read the term email that we send and complete a pre-exercise questionnaire prior to participation in classes
